The hybrid 2026 NETA Conference will be September 13 - 17 in New Orleans, LA, at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside, and online.
Early access to registration is now open for NETA Members, allowing you the flexibility to choose which fiscal year works best for your budget. Non-member registration will open July 1.
Conference Pricing Structure
In-Person Registration
NETA Member registration is now open. Non-member registration will open July 1.
Registration is $750 (per person) for in-person attendees. In-person attendees will also have the opportunity to attend the post-conference education field trip on Thursday, September 17.
We can't wait to see you at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside! Rooms are $209 per night, before taxes. Use the link in your conference registration confirmation email to book the hotel.

Virtual Registration
NETA Member registration is now open. Non-member registration will open July 1.
Exclusively for the 2026 NETA Conference, radio-only licensees may register for a virtual station site license with unlimited seats for staff for $500. Radio-only virtual registration will open on July 1.
We are offering virtual station site licenses to the NETA Conference. We invite you and your entire team to join us virtually for one price, based on station NFFS.
- The first step is for one individual to register your station here. Once your station has registered for the virtual site license, you will receive a unique station code and link to share with the team. All staff must individually register using your station code in order to gain access to the virtual conference assets and learning opportunities.
- The second step is to share your station code and link with your staff so they can register individually.
- The third and final step is for each individual on your team to register for virtual attendance using your station code and link, which will be sent after the station site license is purchased. Individuals attending virtually must register with the station code to gain access to the virtual conference platform and assets.
NETA Member stations receive unlimited logins for the virtual conference. If your station does not purchase a virtual site license, there is an individual virtual registration fee of $500.

Cancellation Policy
We hope you don't have to cancel, but if you do, you must notify us of the canceled registration in writing by Friday, August 14, 2026. Cancellations received in writing by the deadline will receive a refund, minus a $200 administrative fee. Please allow 45 days for refund(s).
Registrations canceled on or after the deadline will not receive a refund.
Substitutions will be accepted through August 28, 2026.
